Multiple passengers and crew sustained injuries following a Delta Airlines aircraft from LA to Sydney was hit by significant turbulence this past Friday.
The flight, numbered 41 "experienced a brief period of turbulence" as it landed at Sydney Airport, a company official stated. Four flight attendants required medical attention.
Local paramedics said they evaluated five patients, and transferred a trio to the hospital with minor injuries that such as back pain and head pain. The injured spanned from their thirties and seventies.
